I occasionally see comments which say that an 'authentic' dish does not have one ingredient or the other. I do not make any claim to authenticity for any recipe. In fact IMO, recipes might have a few ingredients which are inherent but there is no authentic way to recreate a recipe. Recipes are modified and enhanced and that is what makes them richer.
